I think he's one of 3-4 managers in the world currently who can. Look at what someone like Pochettino did with Spurs. He didn't quite get them over the finishing line but there was a Champions League final, a couple strong league challenges, etc. Antonio Conte is about 5 times the manager Poch is.
Spurs probably won't win the league under him, but I think they'll be nailed down to take the lead ahead of us for the foreseeable future. In that sense him taking the Tottenham job is probably much worse for us than if he had gone to a club like United, that already has the financial muscles to win a title and usually finishes ahead of us. It's of little concern to us whether Liverpool, United or City come out on top. But if Spurs get Conte we'll fall further behind.
