Yeah, especially games like Leeds and Southampton where we have a two goal cushion and you have the likes of Pepe, Martinelli and Willian on the bench.
On the other hand he's not exactly looking tired and he benefitted from not having to play in the group stages, but it would be nice to keep it that way.
I'd start him today and against City. Hopefully if things go well tonight we can rest him in the second leg.
