As with my comment in the youth development thread, I just think this is a logical fallacy. It's not taking into account the structures in place at Chelsea Vs Arsenal.
If you're expecting a manager to come in and solve all our problems in the space of a year, I think you're going to be sorely disappointed. There has been significant institutional decline over the last 5-10 years when you look at recruitment, contact renewals, squad maintenance (etc.). Arteta has tried to address some aspects whete people were crying out for change. Arguably, he has tried to take on to much for a novice coach and should really focus on what he was originally hired to do: coach. But because Edu is questionably able and the club can't be bothered to replace Sanellhi, it then means Arteta is expected to take on more
Again, this isn't even about whether or not you rate Arteta, the point I'm trying to make is there a massive structural issues that need to be addressed and changing the manager is only a relatively small piece of that jigsaw.
