And it doesn't make sense that this is a guy who trained under Wenger and Pep, 2 of the most attacking coaches ever.

Dude, it’s his first job.
There’s a good chance this guy ends up being a really good manager but you don’t take a £2bn club and put it in the hands of a rookie. That move alone is why Stan needs to fuck off - or rather stay in America and sell the club from there

The league has been over for last two months. These results are immaterial as players don’t care anymore.

This season is all about EL or bust. Fail to win Europa League then it’s game over but that’s what I’m judging him on.

Villarreal are shit and I fully expect us to show up. Players are not stupid, they want silverware and we are 3 games away. If Arteta fails then, then adios.

If we win Europa League you simply can’t sack a manager that would have :

1) won 3 trophies in 2 seasons (potentially 4 if we win European Super Cup on the back of Europa League)
2) won our first European title in over 25 years. Something even Wenger couldn’t achieve.

The hardest thing to stomach is that there is such a complete disconnect at the moment between the fans and the club on every level. The football is not engaging, the owners are assholes, the executives seem to have a personal interest in pushing certain deals through ahead of others.

I think a little adversity is healthy every now and then to make people appreciate what they've got, but all that this constant turmoil and these weekly new lows remind me of is how little we have got going for us. It's all very depressing.
