Wow. Pretty amazing if we can pull this off for January. Bigger clubs are starting to take notice due to his performances in UCL.
Schira is not that reliable though?

Aouar is great but Szob has more end product even at his young age and he's in a better league. He has the potential absolutely explode in the next few years.
Was that a joke since the French league isn't very good or do you avtually think so?

I would say Aouar is in a much better league. Austrian League might be a bit better than Scottish League. Red Bull are the Celtic of that domain. They just stomp on everything like Snoop in the "New York" video.
As for end product, with all the Red Bull players you need to beware, and this goes for their Zambian cats as well, they are playing against some rough teams. What you can say about Szobo is that he has very good technique with his goals and assists, but I would discount the overall number relative to Aouar.
Austrian league honestly nowhere on the level of Ligue 1.
RB have won 11 of last 13 league titles (7 straight victories and counting) and absolutely dominate the league.

Yeah, saw that on the Reddit comments, but Romano also mentioned it too, so there's some evidence there!
I'm ready for some golazos!
Romano also says we’re looking at Szoboszlai. I think he would have more value appreciation than Aouar.

I think he mixed up the two Red Bull teams and for a second thought Szobzobzszszbz played for Leipzig instead of Salzburg.
That makes more sense, yeah.
Nah he just saw Pepe tear shit up in Ligue Une the year before last and concludes its a bobbins league!

Key point being a reported 24m release clause.
If RBS fail to progress beyond UCL Group Stage = get it done.
szobs striking technique and set pieces alone bring something to the table we don't have. the amount of evil he puts into the ball is fanastic. i don't think it's a signing that moves the needle in our top 4 chase, but if he's available for roughly what gabriel cost i'd say take the punt
I’d push for less than Gabriel. Gabriel is an immediate starter and, for my money, is actually a solid candidate for end of season team of year IF we make top 4. Szobo still has growth. My big concern is he doesn’t impose himself on games enough. And tends to lose the ball like our friend Pépé. Those are things that need to be ironed out. I’d like to see more of that Red Bull offense flow through him and when it does for consistently better decision making. Those two factors for me put a big discount on his price because that is something Arteta has to work on with him.

Yeah this. :boris:
So what’s the general view? Do we think we’ll strengthen in January? Can’t see us signing anyone
Would anyone be averse to signing Eriksen on loan in January ?
He does not have Conte's trust and it shows whenever he plays him.
Nah don’t want him.
Need more physical/explosive players.
I’d be keen on Che Adams.
Get him and Lamptey
Then target Grealish in the summer
—————Leno
Lamptey—Saliba—Gabriel-Tierney
———-Ceballos-Partey
—Pepe——————-Grealish
———-Adams—Auba
We aren't getting any of those unless we pay exorbitant fees. Even then can you imagine anyone wanting to come here and play such dull soulless football?

I'd take him just to annoy Spurs fans and Ozil stans.
