The narrative that Auba is stuck out on the wing is just not right. The guy often has multiple players overlapping him. He stands still half the game, he never makes a near post run, and whenever we've got Bellerin or Saka at the byline, he's caught on his heels standing behind a defender or two. He's been absolutely horrible, and it's just as much his own damn fault as anyone else's.
He looks disinterested, lazy, and totally unfocused out there. Sloppy. Arteta simply must get more out of him.
Maybe he needs a rest.
