Emery didn't drop Ozil because of a personal issue. If anything he gave Ozil more game time than he deserved based on his performances.

Yes let's compare Emery's handling of Özil who had effectively retired before he even started at the club to Arteta's of Auba who's now joining Barcelona. Let's compare Emery whose major perceived flaw here was that he wasn't tough enough with players to little pencildick here who's fallen out with more people in his first two years in the job than most coaches do in their career.

About calling people "fiercely defensive" 😆 you're flipflopping every day and somehow still even worse than the Arteta girls in picking fights with people who call the broad day charlatanerie out for what it is

There's a reason why nobody wanted Ozil even on a free and he didn't even want to move despite 0 chance of game time. Only Arsenal fans don't want to recognise it, but he hasn't been good enough even before Emery came. He's been terrible at Fenebache for what its worth.

Compare that to Auba, clubs queueing up for him, he takes a paycut to force a move. Why? Guy is still the best striker in this club by a long mile and has singlehandedly drag this club to win a trophy we have no rights to. Will be fondly remembered unlike Ozil.
