Is the cause of death a known fact? Not that it's something I'd particularly like to speculate on, but the reason some think it was suicide is that he wrote on Twitter to someone who was rude to him "don’t worry I will disappear soon to see my mother then you can all be happy" the day before he died.

I don't know much about Claude (or AFTV) but I'm sure I've read about people being worried about him before too. Didn't he disappear a year or two back and everyone thought he had killed himself? Depression is a horrible thing.

The Tuesday Club in the last few months have been running listener generated quizzes. In the last few weeks they have evolved into quizzes where you have to guess who said the quote. This week the two topics were "Ferguson or Hitler" which was pretty good, then "Tim Sherwood or Keith Dover". I haven't laughed so much in years. Mourinho or Mussolini was also tremendous.

I had to pause the Tim Sherwood or Keith Dover section when I was walking the dog because I was laughing so much. Those quizzes have been fantastic.

Think this was a coincidence. His family denied he committed suicide. Must have died from natural causes, prob a heart attack, poor guy put on so much weight.

On a brighter note, does anyone listen to the Arsenal Vision Podcast? My favourite one. The host is a fast talking American guy but he is good and they have some really good guests like Tim Stillman.

I've been meaning to check it out, I can't deal with the nostalgia overload in Handbreak Off anymore, we could win the treble and they'd still spend the first 30 mins talking about things before my lifetime.

It’s a good show. They had a full out argument this week which was representative of the Arsenal community around what are the right expectations for Arteta and the rebuild project. The fast-talking American guy is opinionated but at least his hot takes keep the discussion going. Tim Stillman and the other guests help ground him.

I’d rather listen to that than the Tuesday Club guys moaning about why we aren’t losing with Willock and AMN instead of losing with Xhaka.

Tuesday Club is the only one worth listening to at the moment. Alan Davies has better analysis than most of the hacks who do it full time. Plus the new quizes are brilliant.

Alan Davies comes out with a lot of weird stuff, always has done, Tayo is usually the only one with a bit of sense but he doesn't have it in him to contradict the others most of the time. Tuesday club is more for light relief than analysis though.

I think Arsecast Extra is the best for analysis personally, probably because arseblog's views generally marry up to my own, but I think gunnerblog does a decent job of playing devils advocate.

Tayo just parrots whatever the main narrative around is. Rarely has anything interesting to say about Arsenal.

This for me. Listened to the latest one on the train home last night and Sherwood or Dover was brilliant.

Usually listen to Arsecast Extra too but saw it was 1 hour 40 minutes on the Liverpool game and couldn't face it this week.

First Tuesday Club for the season has just come out today. Should be fun.
Haven't listened to Arseblog or any others so far this season as haven't had the energy to revisit the games.

James basically had a bit of a breakdown on Arseblogs podcast yesterday, trying to twist himself into knots explaining why everyone is wrong to want Arteta out.

I like James but he's a bit of a contrarian. It's one thing trying to take the emotion out of the thought process but you can't just assume the emotional reaction is automatically the wrong one.

He's just one of these people who never wants to sack the manager, was the same with Emery and Wenger. And he and Andrew seemed really invested in Arteta, pretty much from the first time he was linked with the job. I think he's just scrambling for reasons to keep supporting Arteta.

I don't understand it though. The attachment with Wenger was understandable but what is it with Arteta? The players that don't work out are talked of with such disdain, but Arteta somehow despite displaying ineptitude still inspires some belief. At present, I see no redeeming quality with him. If he turns it around it might become the biggest story in the history of this club.

Tuesday club say that they can't stomach putting out content every week as long as we're this shit (which is fair enough) so it'll be a monthly or fortnightly thing at best.
