If letting Willock go for 30m means we can sign 2 new CM like maybe Sabitzer and Touchoameni/Caqueret we should do it straight away IMO. Don't think we can afford to turn down that kind of money if big opportunities of a quality CM turns up.
It's what Chelsea and Liverpool have been doing, just sell any youngsters that have hype and fetch decent fees, invest in more quality players. Sometimes it doesn't work out, like when they bought Bakoyoko but then those players you can resell without losing much and then do it again.
