The reality in regaining top4 is we need to be BETTER than at least 1 of MC, MU, CFC and LFC. Being able to challenge them is not enough without having some luck or good fortune with one of them having a bad season.
In keeping with your Wish Listed players (and with money obviously being no hinderance/consideration), then I'd look to strengthen 2 other areas in regards to the starting players = CF & GK, and replace with Oblak and Lewandowski (or even Haarland). Now we're good to take on the top4 and be better than one or more of MC, MU, CFC & LFC.
