Which two roles in a five man backline? He's either a full back or wing back, can't play centrally.

Would very much like him here, wishlisted him since his Eibar and Getafe days.

We need a starting LB , to replace Tierney . It would be stupid to get a lower grade replacement while we wait around for our starting LB to get fit.

He plays on the left side of the centre sometimes, did it at the weekend.

He can even play LW. I remember Jones wishlisting him during bloody Olympics. Described him as some unlimited stamina guy

He's 5'7 and we don't really need options there, good to have as emergency cover maybe although apparently it's the first time he's ever played there.

Never breaks down either. According to TM he's missed one game through injury, was rested for two matches and served one suspension for accumulated yellows since breaking through in 2018 and that's while doing the running of two average full backs. Tierney has missed more games than that in every season of his career so far.

Not a Wish List player but one I think we should consider as adding depth in midfield = Dani Ceballos who RM have said will be sold this summer.

IMO he was always played out of position as part of the twin pivot in the 4231 with Ozil as the CAM. Reading about Odegaard struggling when having to play a deeper role I think Ceballos would be suited to playing that deeper playmaker role but as a #8 rather than a #6.
From what I remember of him the biggest issue was his lack of pace, but he was generally press resistant and his passing was more vertical than Xhaka.

IMO if he was good enough to be Wish Listed last summer then he should still be good enough a season later all things considered.
I'd have him to start ahead of Xhaka who should be given away to make this happen (if that was the failed reasoning behind the departure of PEA).
e15m should be a no brainer unless his form has fallen into a black hole.

Bruno Guimares is the perfect partner for Partey and so gettable outside of the other names. Underrated him but really a great player

It was really weird how most of us wanted him yet when he signed for Newcastle the consensus among some changed to that the right player wasn't available. He definitely would've chosen us, even saying in his interview that we didn't submit an offer.

Would consider selling one or both of KT and Gabriel if we were made the right sort of offers AND the money went directly back into the team/squad rebuild to ensure the rebuild is completed as being fit for purpose and quality.
I want Depay and Sabitzer for their experience to replace Laca and Xhaka, as well as being fit for purpose. Both are younger than Laca and Xhaka, but not so they would block the youngsters.

Formation 433 with the front 3 and CM being capable to score goals.
Manager - Postecoglu as my previous higher choices of ETH & Rangnick are/appear to be both involved at MU, and Ange has shown he can rebuild as well as manage the players and has an attractive style of play.

We need to let Cedric go and get Djed Spence , he is a proper RB. Don't want Spurs getting their grubby hands on him. Hope we are on the case early.
