JazzG -- I was thinking about this earlier today.
The team at the start of the season needed Jesus to help knit all of our possession (and tactics) together. Now though? It feels like we have the framework well established and are more in need of consistent goal scorers so we can move past the tight scorelines we've been playing with (lots of 2-1's).
Nketiah seems more like the player you want in a game to ensure you score 3 goals - which will be a winning scoreline for us almost every time with our defense.
