Mass panic or media/ twitter reporting mass panic?
Not seen any panic from anyone where I live or work - more a case of most people just wondering how it's all going to pan out, wondering what happens if someone at work gets it and washing their hands properly for a change.
There were some muppets at the supermarket buying a years supply of dried goods but mostly people aren't quite sure what to do, or expect, so are carrying on as normal.
There are many people justifiably concerned that the local case is a "community transfer case" which resulted in 60 of the hospital staff having to self isolate, this first case alone has put massive strain on the already stretched A&E, it doesn't augur well for how they will cope with the inevitable ramp up of cases.
