Had a dream last night that I worked for Arteta and he refused to discuss with his staff what could be going wrong with the team. He was badly affected by the situation and needed an intervention from his wife as he considered taking his own life at some point.
In the end he agreed to implement a more Wenger-like fluid style which made the players very happy (they were very upset by what they perceived as too much rigidity in their positions).
I woke up as we prepared to take on Burnley (at a small hockey arena?). I didn't find out whether the changes worked.
Hope we win today for the sake of my own sanity.
