Bit like when Guardiola got Mendy, Walker, Danilo and Cancelo within a few windows. I guess Arteta also values fullbacks with the same importance.

Having 3 LBs on the books would be a weak position to sell from in the summer though. I haven't kept up with the rumours this January, but could it be Kolasinac is actually off somewhere this month?

It seems Kola has been playing with an injury, and Tierney is pretty much out for the season, and we're having to play a 18 yr old winger at LB, makes sense to get him in now.

so kurzawa...hes a good dribbler/technical player, right? and just a so-so defender? so a modern fullback? how is his engine? is he quick? hes only 27, i actually thought he was like 30

Good points Ray. The left flank really is a big gaping hole when you put it like that.

His season's done. He's coming back in March. And as we've seen from Bellerin, Holding and Lacazette, players returning from injury can either have a stop-start season or struggle to get up to speed even if they are playing

Nothing about Sanchez was done properly.
There should be no rush to sell Lacazette. He will only hit 24 month countdown this summer. We are actually better off keeping him and pushing as hard as possible to get into Europa League. Then we can conduct our summer business in a sober manner.

I feel a striker who doesn't score is not our best bet to snag an Europa League place. And I don't think any club he'd be ready to leave us for would reasonably want him later on. He's just not that good to be bothered with for most top clubs. If Atletico are getting desperate due to Cavani snubbing them then we should offload him as soon as possible. I think this is the last chance to get anything above 30 million for him.

i would absolutely 100% sell lacazette this month if an offer of £25m or more came in

Part of the reason he doesn't score is he is out of form, in addition to this team as a whole not scoring. We might sell him at rock bottom valuation right now. Arteta might fix the team and he finds form, then he finishes the season a little stronger. Lacazette isn't a hitman, but he is playing below his ability. Do you think we can sell him and rely on Nketiah and co?
