Alternatively to the possibility of transferring the debt, there's the just as likely outcome that he has nothing left to invest into the club via transfer kitty etc.

We don't need a new owner to invest in the transfer kitty, we haven't had money like that put into the club in decades.

Yeah I don’t even think most people want to become Man City. A Premier League club isn't exactly impossible to run sustainably, you just have to not be shit at your job if you don't want to suffer for it results-wise. Our people are.

That’s where I’m at Quincy. I just want someone who will create an optimal board and executive structure to ensure we can operate effectively, and then also make decisions that put fans first. I don’t care about being a financially doped team that can just toss £60m at Hakimi. I want caring. The Etonians for all their faults cared about the club even through “thank you for your interest in our affairs”

We're either not going to regain top4/UCL without additional investment beyond our current COVID means, OR we're not going to retain it if we do.
We're going into this summer needing to reduce our squad size as a result of no UEFA football. IF we regain UEFA next summer (UCL or UEL), then we're going to need to both improve our quality AND increase the squad once more. The second rebuild to retain UEFA qualification will be as costly as the first in order to regain UEFA.

There's a difference in having a transfer kitty to get back on our feet, as opposed to having a sugar daddy owner who either provides direct funding or one who covers off on any pre-tax operating losses at the end of the season.

Yeah the finances don't add up to me either. How is he going to fund the repayments? Only explanation would be if he has a consortium of investors rather than a loan.

There’s tons of money flying around. Billionaires don’t use their own cash. And not do I expect him to operate like Roman. I just want more sensible decisions. Eg don’t hire a rookie. Or if you do, pair him up with a great DoF like Ragnorak. This guy didn’t build the greatest streaming company by mistake. He’s fighting monopolists and succeeding. He has a different DNA to oligarchs and Kroenke

IMO only if he does little to improve our revenues on and off the pitch.

The main reason why MU supporters are anti about the Glazers is because they take 60m out of the club in dividends each year whilst not using the club's substantial revenues to either significantly reduce the debt OR to spend on the club re signings and infrastructure. They have enough revenues to do more whilst still paying dividends.

Aye I've said it before if someone loads the club with debt I'm finished with the club. I can deal with other teams preforming better than us in cycles that's a part of sport. But becoming a vehicle to pay debt, I'll be a football nomad at that point and just watch games that interest me each weekend.

Pretty sure thats not his plan because there is no way he'd get AST, etc to support him if it was.

I don’t think they have, have they? Listening to Tim Payton a while back, he said he was simply told no on the debt loading but wasn’t given any further details.

But yeah, you’d like the think the likes of Thierry, Dennis and Patrick would never put their name to something that would harm the club.
