This is such an underplayed piece of the story. Kieran becoming healthy has been so vital. The reliability and frequency of all his balls has been tremendous. Whether its the lob from the bottom left corner of the field over the opposing fullback to Aubameyang; or crosses into the opposition box; or press-splitting balls through the middle. Consistent, predictable.Â
One of the reasons I shit on Lampard is that watched the City-Arsenal game game. He saw the feeds to Aubameyang from Tierney/Luiz. He had 3 central defenders. And somehow this was an issue in the final.Â
