Woah. Crazy figures. Though signing Neymar will be massive for them if they can pull it off.

Football is inching ever closer towards the basketball model where star players are traded for a multitude of decent to middling players and “draft picks”(young, talented players)...

And the flies of the goat of a wanton boy eats grass on a hill killed with the sound of music

I love football.

He should never have left in the first place.

Barcelona is a three ring circus.

Seems like normal downsizing at Man Utd. A CL squad being trimmed down to EL level. I'm guessing the plan is to promote a few from within.

Manc fans must be loving this situation.  😆

I can't feel any empathy for them, the amount of nonsense banter I get from their fans... the ones over them 'nicking' Alexis and the piano intro were so laughable, they really did not realise what they got.

I don't think many Utd supporters are against Smalling leaving.

It's weird that Roma even wanted him.

(which meant Mustafi's deal died sadly)

I wish there was a football pawn shop we could sell him to, and then another club could buy him later. The pawn shop would help clubs restructure their financials by taking on cases like Elneny at low transfer fees and assume their risk. And then they’d look for buyers.

Snippet as to why United may have wanted Sanchez out. I remember there being rumours that Sanchez didn't get on at Arsenal either and fell out with Ramsey?

Honestly that article sounds like a load of bollocks. Whatever one might think of Alexis and his form to blame the retarded deals United made after him or even worse the piss poor form of De Gea or Martial on him is utterly absurd

Also sounds extremely improbable that Alexis would kick stuff after a win if he hadn't scored but would be fine if he had after a loss. Sounds absolutely nothing like the guy who played for us, this is just kicking a man when he's down

Also nobody ever says stuff like "he'd rarely if ever come to the lounge" people don't talk like that either you know he never goes or you don't. This "source" is either made up or they're talking shit

I don't know, it sounds credible to me based on snippets about Sanchez's personality that I've read throughout his career. He always sounded like a loner and an introvert. I just think it starts to rub people the wrong way when he's shit on the pitch, whereas no one gave a damn when he was performing week in and week out.

I don't doubt Alexis being a loner, that was known long before the move even before he came to us I had read about that. I do doubt Alexis to be the Kane type who would rather individual over team success, doesn't match with his playing style for starters and also doesn't fit the vibe he gave off, even if he wasn't the most sociable

I think the 'source' clearly doesn't like Sanchez - right from the off he's described as a pain in the arse.

i mean, a lot of us thought alexis was moody and a bit of a prick when he was still here. i remember a few times him getting subbed off and he pouted and stomped around. when things are going well, you classify that behavior as a focused, determined winner. when things go sideways, he becomes a pain in the ass whiner. its probably somewhere in between, like most everything in life.

Bruno Fernandes, how good is he? Same level as Cellabos or bigger talent?

Fiorentina director said yesterday Real are signing him to,Oreos for €63m.

Different player, more established. Probably a bigger talent.
Scary that he could’ve been playing against us today had Levy not been playing games

His end product record is insane for a CM

Ante Rebic and Andre Silva switch clubs Frankfurt and Milan respectively. Massive shame about Rebic leaving, hurts a lot more than Jovic and Haller the guy will go down as a Frankfurt legend not only won the club's first trophy in 30 years by himself but also ruined Bayern's season and Heynckes' final game as a manager. Frankfurt went from being a relegation playoff loss away from the 2nd Bundesliga to winning a cup final against Bayern and an insane EL run and now another season in Europe and Rebic was a massive part in all of that.

Still he wanted to move and he's done enough for the club to grant him that wish. Very smart move to do a loan swap because Frankfurt would have to pay 50% of any fee to Fiorentina because we bought him for just 2m couple years ago. Also shows what an insane development the club took that a guy who cost 40m two years ago even considers coming here

Hopefully Andre Silva does well for you, been pretty poor since breaking through at Porto.

Losing your entire front 3 now, doesn't bode well.
