Good thing Elneny is going. I’d get confused with him, Guendouzi and Luiz mopping about.

I don't want David fucking disgusting Luiz at arsenal. Fuck him and Fuck edu

Luiz has actually matured in recent seasons, doesn't make as many silly mistakes as he used to.

Confirmation Luiz is legit

Lequipe is amazing this season with their scoops

Reports that he has fantastic relationship with Emery

Luiz in, Iwobi out :boris:

If you say Iwobi's general play is good they tell you he has no end product, if you point to his creative stats they tell you that doesn't matter. We need a squad and Iwobi is pretty important to that. Apart from being quite a good player he's a fit player who works hard. Those are lacking in our AM/wing options at the moment.

And if you say you don't want to sell Iwobi, but you'll do it if the money can be spent well, they'll say "just keep Iwobi and spend more money".

hes still a diving dirty disgusting scumbag. i hate him. i dont want him here

What do you guys reckon the fee for Luiz would be?

Well, I guess that settles that.

#Emeryout

they should have to take mkh and ozil, plus give us £20m so we can also sign upamecano

Yep, but stop gap 1 year option, experience head and leadership for our backline, amazing distribution and massively piss Chelsea fans off.

Sounds like a good idea for a cheap fee.

That last part makes no sense. There is a price for everything. For example, if you’re able to extract enough money (>£40m) and it contributes to a good purchase like Upamecano, then by all means do it. Iwobi is a good 12th man. Upamecano guarantees us a top 4 spot.

I’ll refuse to watch any game we field Luiz - Mustafi in

He was a mainstay in Chelsea's 2016/17 title-winning team.

He's a role-the-dice player. Better than Mustafi, but not the guy we should have ended up with.

I agree.

I'd rather play medley or xhaka back there. Luiz better not fucking happen or its emery out, and 2 strikes in 1 for edu and raul

so no real update on ozil and USA was just trolling us. fuck

Edu should be wary of dealing with Kia Joordabchian after he left Corinthians in financial crisis with the Pato transfer. I think by then Edu was already with the Seleccion, but he would know the story well.

They played a back 5 though. We could do the same but changing formation to accommodate a CB is unthinkable.

Quote first.

Getting in Luiz, whilst keeping Mustafi is tantamount to football suicide.

I would rather play youngsters at the back.

Oh and fuck koscielny and anyone defending him for leaving us in this situation.

Update on Tierney: We have sold Thompson to Brentford so that they can sell Henry to Celtic, freeing Tierney to come to us.

[Twitter]

Thompson > Brentford
Rico > Celtic
Tierney > Arsenal

Lots of different people on Twitter saying Tierney has been spotted in London.

I get the frustration over the turn of events, but we would have been fucked with Kos too. We're not in this situation because a 34 year old defender with a dodgy achilles wanted out. We're here because we've had a three-month transfer window and it didn't occur to the assholes in charge to actually fix the defence until it was way too late.

We knew what had to be done around Christmas, we knew what had to be done in April and we knew what had to be done on the day the window opened. This is a massive, unforgivable fuckup by everyone in charge.

Chelsea are thought to be open to letting Luiz go with Lampard unlikely to consider the Brazilian for selection.

Luiz had spoken positively about the new era under Lampard at Chelsea, but it is understood there have been a number of fall-outs in the background surrounding the central defender.

Oh dear this really is looking likely

One season of Luiz is fine to be honest.

We shouldn't have bothered with pepe if we end up with these poverty options. That money should've been used on the defense
