He does look a long way from being an effective player for us. With the fee we paid though we weren't signing him for that. I also still question his decision making.

We need to see more before the summer transfer window opens - from most of them.

Not so worried about this guy. He just needs bad habits coached out him. Talent is off the Richter. He had his fullback breakdancing on the grass. He just needs better decision-making. Once you’ve taken your man, go past him or be more decisive with the pass for your teammates.

How frustrated would you be if he properly earns a red card for being hacked on the edge of the box in the first half?

Van Persie used to pull shit like what Pepe does and it took a good amount of time to make him the efficient striker that he became.

I think he'll be alright, but it will take alot of patience.

True, he cost 3m so it was less frustrating. His passing is getting better thank god.

I don't think he's the least of our worries given what we've paid for him. Anything less than him turning a 20-25 goals/assists guy is a big problem

Nasri was completely spineless. I think pepe will be far more cut throat in how he plays you can see he wants to hurt the opposition. Nasri failed to take any responsibility bar that 6 months he wanted a big contract. That lad was capable of so much more.

Nasri was the epitome of all our problems in the years he was here. Offered no penetration whatsoever, sideway passes galore. After he left us bar some good apps here and there for a very dominant City he failed everywhere.

Not worried about Pepe. Rather him dribble like that dangerously 20 times than see Ozil sideway pass 200 times.

Pepe is literally the least of our worries in the front 4. Given Ozil and Laca have been way below required standards and Auba is leaving in the summer he's the only front 4 player who I'd be certain for starting next season.

Unless the club decided to sell in order to raise revenues towards a massive overhaul of the match day team and squad.
