Liverpool reportedly have done some exceptional work in the way the club functions away from the pitch, especially with regards to recruitment. Perhaps Klopp has benefitted somewhat from that? However, a coach with his charisma, reputation and, most importantly, a clear vision of what he wants his team to do and what he wants his squad profile to look like, is what has really driven their astonishing progress.
I find him immensely annoying, but the guy is a force of nature and I would no doubt adore him if he were Arsenal manager.
