I'm not saying he's not a good player, but he's also not that good. He's shown basically nothing in this half against probably the easiest midfield to play against in the league, especially from a physical standpoint. He was also very average against us in the Europa League and I watched him closely. I very much doubt you and others comparing him with Lampard are going on much, if any, more than what I am. And that means it's his numbers that people are judging from. I couldn't really care less if he scored 50 goals in Portugal, let's see what he does to make him special over a decent amount of time in this league.
Dude, I’ve watched this guy at least ten times across United, Portugal and Sporting. He’s had a hot start at United. I think he was man of the match in his first game against Wolves and he must already have 3 goals and 3 assists in the 4 or 5 weeks he’s been here.Â
He’s also been an integral part of Portugal. He missed the early part of the Euro campaign with injury but he’s started every game since being a key playmaker with Silva.Â
Bruno is a premier player. I’m sure you’ll grow to love him.Â
