they need to change the VAR system. there should be 5 officials watching every match in real time from every different angle possible, and when there is a contentious decision, they need to make the decision in 5-10 seconds. one replay of it from those 5 angles done right away, with a direct communication to the referee. this entire current system is horseshit and continues to get calls wrong every single match. there is no point in even having it at this point

We have had 2 new managers and 0 bounce. Could only happen to us

It’s crazy to see. But I think this is just a result of great conditioning and some luck on impact injuries. They play every game with such intensity. While play two games like this and our boys look like they smoke a pack a day

Wonder if its one of the fruits of 'graduation'. They have their model embedded, and now keep to conditioning and fitness first and foremost.

Their organization is on another level. After a counter TAA found himself at left back. Robertson just switched flank. And they played like this for snout 4 minutes until there was a long enough break to allow them to swap sides again. There was no panic that their fullbacks were inverted for multiple defensive and offensive plays. They just got the job done. That’s about two levels above us if you think about levels of conscious skill. Based on the interview with Luis and Sokratis after United the boys are consciously unskilled. They still need to push themselves to being consciously skilled defenders (sans Mustafi). Then after a period of repetition like Pool they can move to a zone of being as a group unconsciously skilled. Just beasting it.
