He had his first decent game against us for ages in the 3-0 at the end of last season. And we were ragged because of the early red card. He scores a lot, but lots of them are penalties.
But, anyway, the main point is plenty of our CBs have dominated him over the years because he's so slow and also not particularly strong or good in the air. He might nick a goal, and if he does and that's Saliba's fault then fair enough, but he certainly isn't he measure of a test of anything in terms of very difficult strikers to come up against in a CB vs ST context. Saliba is still getting his man strength, but will probably still come out on top in most of the duels, certainly in a foot race. In a couple of years he will obviously eat him alive in every kind of duel.
