In situations like this where we as fans have limited information such as rarely/never having seen Saliba play and have no insight whatsoever into how he trains or his real life character, then it is only right that we defer judgment to the manager who is a professional, has spent his entire life dedicated to the game and obviously knows more than we do both in relation to football and the readiness of the player.
When you read childish ultimatums which are devoid of any reason like Arteta should be sacked if he doesn't use Saliba then you know all rationality and objectivity has left the building.
