Does anyone actually enjoy the current state of football? I'm over it and it's not only down to Arsenal's state of affairs.

There's so much wrong, some brought on by the pandemic (no fans, pulling the curtain back on the absurd financials), and some brought on by endless greed (WTF is going on with jerseys these days, I hardly recognize teams) and an over-saturated product (endless games).

It all feels like a farce.

If it is RBL's time to win, Red Bull could be instructed to roll over and play dead. And then there is the obvious issue of transfers between the clubs. What mechanism is used to ensure that these are done at market rate? It's garbage.

I'd written basically the same about F1 before I seen you had addressed it. There is a clear conflict of interest owning multiple teams in the same tournament.

Sorry, had missed it. But agree with you. Uefa is sleeping at the wheel. They'll deal with it when and if an issue occurs. They're just happy to see money pouring into the game. This money at all costs mentality will not end well

It felt like our lack of european pedigree hurt us at the time. That people just looked Barca, Real, Juve, Milan for players. Maybe liverpool given their great 80s record. But we were out of mind. It was disgraceful
