Think it's a pretty ridiculous goal regardless of whether there's a reflection or not. He beats both a defender and the goalkeeper a couple of times and when no one makes a run he decides to whip it in himself. Boss level.

Quagliarella aging like a fine wine

Probably didn't even feel that connect with his foot. It's such a clean hit.

For his standards it's a normal goal. Nothing special

Huge favor done to Inter by Verona tonight who came back from a goal down to beat Juventus 2-1.

Inter will go atop of the table if they can beat Milan in the derby tomorrow.

Rumor that Juve might look to cash in on Ramsey. Wouldn’t be surprised given how he’d been used and even potential need to raise funds for the Pogba back and forth.

He's negligible for them and for a tactically disciplined team like Juve it's hard to accommodate him and his loose positioning + awful touch. On many occasions his selfish nature in front of goal caused conflicts between him and his teammates according to Juve fans.

He came on last night and immediately Juve lost their shape, conceded twice and lost the game in the last 20 mins.

It’s also a lesson to Arsenal fans. Some of the players we worshipped during the Gazidis era aren’t really upper echelon.

Ramsey was never going to thrive in Sarri's rigid system. He's the opposite of what Sarri wants in a midfielder, and if he's not going to commit to regularly playing Ramsey as a second striker, it becomes really difficult to fit him in.

For me, Sarri is way out of his depth at Juventus, and I think Ramsey could still do well there once they sack Sarri.

Ricky's got it right. That's what their fans think too. Most of them want Ramsey to start, just not as an attacking midfielder like Sarri uses him.

Sarri has made Juve less than the sum of their parts. Pjanic is hideous this season to the point where people want him sold and Rabiot, who I seem to recall most people here wanted, has been useless too. I think they'll swap their 'tactically disciplined' manager this summer.

I’m not super convinced. The guy just got the job. Give him time to adapt. He still has the team top of the league as he tries to implement his system. Some of these same Juve fans complained Allegri was too negative. Now it’s oh, we are too dependent on Ronaldo and not expansive enough.

Lots of players have shone in the midfield. I just think Ramsey has failed to adapt, partially as you say due to to his lack of tactical discipline which was always a theme here. Let’s give it a whole season and see where it falls.

You don't get time to adapt as a manager at a club like Juventus. You either start to see improvements fairly early or you get replaced. Right now he looks like the man that is going to lose them Serie A for the first time in a decade.

He’s top of the league. Just because he’s lost 3 of 5 away games, it doesn’t mean you should now panic and lose your mind. Also don’t forget that this is a team that had to make an adjustment after a defensive catastrophe. People are panicking unnecessarily

He's not doing a bad job, but Klaus is right in the sense that he is under extreme pressure especially after losing the Italian Super Cup to Lazio

With a game more played than Inter. The fact is that Conte is showing him up right now. There's no debate who's better of the two, and if Juve aren't careful they'll be the second or third best club in Italy over the next few years. Inter have money now and their squad is on the rise. No matter what happens this season they look like the main contender for the scudetto next year. Juve's squad is on their way down by contrast and Sarri has so far failed to reinvigorate them. I don't think he'll get more than a season under those circumstances.

I really hope they pop there tactically reckless attacking midfielder who comes alive in the final third to a deeper position. We lost 6-0 to every decent side when we tried that. I like juve but I'd quiet like to see how much there fans would loose there shit if that happened.

Completely agreed. Plus it is very personal for the Juve fanbase knowing who are masterminding the Inter revival.

Ac Milan have started with a little bit of belief in the Derby della Madonnina. Lovely 20 yard strike off the upright from Calhanoglu. He looks good right behind Ibra with Kessie and our boy Bennacer behind

The pensioner Ibra sets up Rebic with a header to make it 1-0 AC.

Fuck me. Ibrahimovic with a bullet header to make it 2-0. Fun game.

Those two goals weren't the strongest display of keeping

I've never seen a player talk so much shit and then go and back it up every time. Still the best striker in Italy or thereabouts at 38. He's basically lifting Milan out of their funk on his own. I can't think of many players who have that kind of transformative effect on a team.

Is he going to come back from retirement and play for you guys at Euros ?

I have no idea, but I doubt it. He's too proud to ask I think, and the manager won't select him unless he does. I think it was a mistake not to bring him to the World Cup last time - no way would they have gone out to a team like England with him on the pitch instead of Marcus Berg - but things are different now.

There was a bit of a row last year too when Ibrahimovic made a racist accusation toward Andersson that was clearly bullshit, although I think they worked it out privately.

Would be quite a collection of forwards if you added him to your others like Isak and Quaison.

Yeah, and there are goalscoring guys like Kulusevski and Forsberg too that could play in attacking midfield or on the wings. The last time we had this kind of attacking depth we ended up third in the World Cup in -94. It would be fun to include Zlatan just to bring that kind of firepower for once, instead of disgracing the tournament with sideways passes and Drillo football. But like I said, I don't think there is much chance of him being included.

Wait. Wasn’t Sanchez offside for the equalizer? Looked like he was a meter off when the ball was released. Some game

2-2 now. Vecino scores after a great run by Alexis and pull back.

Wow. How are Inter 3-2 up?
And now Spurs' legend Eriksen coming on

Love De Vrij. One of the most underrated defenders around.

wow that was an insane free kick by Eriksen, so close.

Great stuff from him. Less great from Donnarumma who never imagined he might shoot from there, though.

Feels like Barella has gained Zanetti's stamina or something, that was a crazy run that he did.

Lukaku w/ the dagger! 4-2 Inter!

This game has been a heading clinic. Lovely delivery and goal for the 4th. Deserved for Lukaku

Fantastic comeback by Inter. They must have the wind in their sails for the title race after tonight's win.

Really hope Conte can bring an end to Juve's dominance this season. They would lose their goddamn minds.
