Probably not hilarious for the senators inside. There was a shootout as these thugs stormed the senate floor. They’ve now taken over the senate floor. It looks funny but it must’ve been frightening for senators. And the precedent it sets going forward. No country wants these lines to be crossed.

I genuinely don't think any Western democracy is as fucked as America is right now, and it pains me to say that as my brother and his family are stuck there, as are several of my first cousins and friends.

This is it. No matter what the Tories want they won't manage to break the NHS enough or erode enough workers rights so much that they end up as bad as the US. They'll move more in that direction but the get close to the US.
