Seems pretty similar to what has happened at Saints. IMO a selling club policy is fine but you need to provide some continuity and stability through the spine. Monaco have ballsed it up by selling off the bulk of their midfield almost every season since Jardim's first season.

An interesting read.
It seems clubs will never realise that being a manager is an actual job that requires qualifications and experience, instead of a hobby for ex-players. The level of amateurism in top football is incredible.
