Good appointment from both parties. This job should effectively be his audition for the Arsenal job.

Key date to look out for: Dec 8th. Henry v Vieria.

Thanks, Sicario. This, however, should be in Other Football.
I feel for Henry. He’s replacing a phenomenal manager who had to deal with 400m Euros worth of players being sold over the last 2 years. So he inherits a decimated squad, one that needs to start replenishing if he is to succeed

Quick, someone sell Ramsey to Monaco.

How is Vieira doing at Nice? Not great going by the table.

Wait I thought Jardim was a legit manager to replace Wenger?? It was between him and Arteta. Just goes to show don’t always believe hype.

Henry will do well in his first season, there is little expectation due to their current position in the league. Anything would be seen as a job well done. Much better job to get than the volatile Aston Villa job in the brutal championship. ‘Work life’ balance wise this Monaco job is not too bad!

P.S: Another date to remember, 28/11, Simone v Henry!

I'm not sure Emery would do much better if his entire first 11 was sold off.

Hope he absolutely smashes it. Fucking love that man.

Interesting. Think he'll struggle myself but I want him to succeed in style.

I think he will struggle initially. Monaco is a mess, and this is not a small job to take on. Wish him all the best though, would love to see him succeed. However, going from an assistant job with a national team to a day to day head manager to a club team such as Monaco is a BIG step

Between May 2017 and August 2018, the club sold 11 first-team players for the incredible amount of €530 million. It was rewardingly brutal.

This sums them up basically. You can't really fault Jardim when the club sabotages for him that way. I just hope United don't go for him when they inevitably sack José.

I'm so glad Thierry shaved off that ridiculous beard. It made him look 15 years older than he is.

He definitely pulls off beardless better than I can. I recently shaved and I feel mutilated, funny how removing some facial hair can turn a grown ass man into an infant in minutes.

He looked better in the beard, like he was about to step up to a microphone and belt out some 70s R&B.

Every man looks better with a beard, so long as it's a proper beard.

What was the question he was reacting to with that series of facial expressions midway through the video?
