Was reading an article about the changing face & mentality of clubs in the 'best of the rest' battle (don't remember where it was). It basically said that no longer did the clubs in that area of the table simply look forward to the pay day of the TV money as the end of the season, and how a number of clubs now have plans in place to take their clubs forward. Wolves, Everton, Leicester and Watford were mentioned.
Then I saw this on the BBC.
Wolves have unveiled images of a revamped Molineux for the future, including a single-tier South Bank, as well as revamped Steve Bull and Billy Wright stands. (Express and Star)
Made me think that we need to make sure that we get our sh*t sorted. Whilst these clubs may lack the ability to challenge top4 via the league, they could become quite capable of attaining CL football via the Europa in much the same way we are looking to do.
