On another note I got to see some of Norwich A v Villa, and their style is very similar to what we saw from Emery in the first half of the season, except that I'd say their transition forward is more direct so as to take advantage of any space behind the defence.

I hope they hit them with a preliminary transfer ban immediately as well. The natural reaction will be for City to Hoover up all the talent they can before any punishments are imposed, as they will potentially also see a 2-3 window transfer ban.

It’s also time for England to take leadership. The Premier League has proven it has so much more money than everyone else wants will continue to dominate. Time to start thinking creatively about some more egalitarian models. Not this bullshit

If a ban was brought in for next season, fifth-place Arsenal would get the fourth Champions League spot. Or if they were to win the Europa League, Manchester United would technically claim a Champions League spot.

If the ban was implemented for the 20/21 campaign, and City finished in the top four next season, the fifth-place side would get a Champions League spot.
