Yeah but the first France goal was a lucky deflection from a free kick they shouldn't have been awarded and the second was a bad penalty call. France had plenty of luck in the game today.
first point i would agree with. second point, i will 100% disagree with until the day i die. I thought it was a bang on 100% penalty and you will never convince me otherwise (which, i assume is that we will just agree to disagree on that point).
they came in with a plan, and it worked exactly how it should have.
did they have some luck? yeah, sure, but luck is part of the game. I thought the ref was poor in general, but i think he was just as bad with some of the calls he made croatia's way.
