I was impressed then but as  was typical of Wengs era, we kept our powder dry for dross (£70m on Xhaka and Mustafi) instead.

I'm not sure. United were heavily linked to him last year though. I'm very glad they didn't sign him.

Dolberg is coming off an injury plagued season but he's actually done very well whenever he's been given the chance for the NT. He's not playing because he doesn't have the pace and power Hareide wants from his attacking players. As you can probably tell Hareide is playing a very British/Scandinavian style of football and Dolberg doesn't really fit into that.
