Kick-off 7pm, UK time.
Last 16: Croatia vs Denmark, Sunday 1st July
i know it sounds mean, but this seems to be a walkover for Croatia. they have looked pretty decent in their wins v. Nigeria and Argentina (meaningless game v. Iceland aside, which they still happened to win).
Hard to see where Denmark has any advantage, would imagine Croatia will see this out easily 2-0 or 3-1.
expected starting lineup from Croatia.
Eriksen will have to play out of his mind if Denmark is gonna have a chance. obviously stranger things have happened (russia advancing to the qtr's), but i just cant see it in this game
I think Denmark have a good chance personally. Croatia are stronger but it's not like there's a full tier between them.
Yeah. Denmark would have had an even high chance if Bendtner didn't get injured at the last minute. They lack a focal point.
Weird that they are resting Sisto, but Christensen as a DM worked very well last time out. If Croatia wins today I expect them to make the final and Kalinic will look like the biggest fool ever

That's how I see it too.
Surprised to see Sisto being left out aswell but he's had a disappointing tournament so far. Yurary and Braithwaite means we will go direct and try to hit Croatia on the counter.
HAHAHAHAHA.. i dont fucking believe it.. Denmark scores within a minute
MANDZUKIC!
WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING HERE
Oh what the fuck. I get up to put on coffee and I miss two goals?!

Dear me. Decided to give this game a miss after slogging through that Spain Russia borefest and there are already 2 goals? Serves me right lol.
Perisic has turned into an incredible player over the last few years. I would have loved for us to sign him if he'd been two years younger.
Really good game so far. It's mostly been Croatia, but Denmark seemed to grow into the games during the group stage.
Thomas Delaney is a pretty good player. Surprised no big clubs bought him yet.
Denmark are really shit.

Dortmund just bought him.

thats because Lord Bendtner isnt playing
Seg, why isn't Dolberg playing? Hareide couldn't find any way to work him into a three-man attack? He strikes me as the kind of player who might come up with something unexpected in a game like this.
