Wow. Was on a flight overnight so did not even know the results and came on her to find out only to be confronted by this kind of news. Very sad indeed. The guy did a hell of a lot for that club and will be missed dearly by their fans. Thoughts go out to his family and friends as well as those of anyone else who was on board.

Seemed to be a really nice, humble bloke who really connected with the club and the city, which can't be said for the majority of foreign owners. Led the club to a miracle PL trophy that will be remembered for eternity in football terms as well.

Not every club owner can be successful, but he was. I hope the Premier League finds an appropriate way to honor him.
At least Vorama was not on the flight then. Would have been doubly devastating for the Srivaddhanaprabha family.
