Sweden vs. South Korea coming up. Tough one to call. Maybe a slight edge to South Korea because of Son Heung-min.
Looking at Sweden's squad I don't know where the goals will come from.
Isn't Forsberg supposed to be the cat's whiskers? Is he actually any good? His name keeps being associated with Arsenal - worries me, to be perfectly honest.
I think Forsberg is a good player actually and he's Sweden's best player for sure but he's not a spectacular player who can decide games on his own.
He's had an extremely productive season the year Leipzig went up and broke de Bruynes assist record in the process, seems like an anomaly now though after a mediocre second season. He seems to have good end product generally speaking if not a bit unspectacular in his game, seemed destined for Milan at some point. Iffy personality and agent too, would steer well clear
is that actually sebastian larsson still? lol.. didnt realize he was still playing
south korea has basically owned the opening 10-12 minutes...
17 mins in for swedens first real chance.. great tackle by the SK defender
Korea with no midfield game. And lot of ping ball defending. They can easily lose despite all the energy.
What a shocking miss by Berg. Would have been easier to score than to hit the 'keeper there.
great save by the SK keeper.. poor finish but keeper did well to keep it out (berg had anywhere to go but he put it right at the keeper)
theyre wrapping up park's leg with reynold wrap? lol
another diabolical miss from berg..

Yeh, he's getting on in years now but he's been a really solid. hard-working player for the national team over the last decade. Very underrated. Bags of intelligence and experience.
Can't believe Berg is 31, feels like yesterday I was watching him smash it up in an youth tournament.
Hey, I don't see the wenger gem find kim kallstrom anywhere
Good mentality from Granqvist here. He knows he's too slow as soon as he gets burned, but he still takes that 80 yard run back and in the end he manages to disrupt the attack.
Great refereeing it has to be said. That was a top notch tackle from Ki.
berg is an abysmal finisher...
and no penalty for Sweden there (defender got ball first, so i agree with it)
Sweden knocking on the door but cant finish one of their many opportunities

agreed.. ref had a very clear look at it

I think he meant to put it across the goal because the angle was so narrow, but Toivonen was being lazy and hadn't made a supporting run at the other post.
Edit: You meant the sitter he missed of course. Yeah, that one has to be a goal.
