Feel free to drop it any time. Everyone's familiar with the case. I take it that you're extremely well aware that he won an appeal because the police conducted themselves questionably, not because he was innocent. Everyone knows who and what he is, and it will show in the end when everything has been settled.

No, most people are going by rumours. He's innocent in my eyes until proven guilty in court

And he is in court right now precisely because they felt they had enough evidence to convict him. You said there is no evidence and that's so hilariously wrong I don't even know where to begin. It's not like this is fucking hearsay. There's an actual court case open against him. He isn't juridically guilty until he has been convicted but you suggest people are making shit up out of thin air. I've followed the case closely. I know exactly what has been divulged so far.

So people charged are never proven innocent in the end ?

No I never said people are making things up. I said most people are going by rumours and as of now  there is no proof he did anything wrong. And that will be the case until he's proven guilty in court.

peru has been getting a lot of joy, but they keep shooting it over

Feel free to go back and have a look at your posts. You literally said there's no proof he ever blackmailed anyone. I said that's factually wrong since there is proof that has been submitted to court. Feel free to read the transcripts, they're not hard to google. There's an open court case right now to determine the strength of that proof and how it ties in with existing laws.

Don't get Deschamps taking off Mbappe at a time when Peru are pushing forward leaving a lot of space that Mbappe could have exploited

I love when players get told to hurry up by the ref when being subbed off they suddenly jog like a 60 year old on her second hip replacement.

Don't see much difference between giroud or benzema. They're both hugely inconsistent, limited skills wise, sub par finishers.

And has the court accepted the proof is strong enough to conclude Benzema is guilty of the charges against him ?

'Proofs' are submitted in court all the time but it doesn't always mean the accused is guilty of the charges placed against him

No, the difference is that he played 1500 minutes more than Giroud in the league alone.

Giroud was not good enough to play more minutes.

You do realize of course that you can't use that as an argument when discussing who was more prolific this season? Playing time is obviously relevant.

VAR confirms ref gave the yellow to the wrong guy.. lulz

Of course I can. If asked who was the most prolific goal scorer in the PL last season, I'll say Salah straight away without thinking about who had the best goals to minutes ratio

Kante has been immense

Expected more from Peru after their impressive display against Denmark.Really wanted them to go through but France were too good for them

ohh.. olly with an almost chance there

If Torreira is half the player Kanté is, we've got a player.

Didn't do much wrong, great tackle/block by the defender
