This video is neat. Unai explains how he set up his Valencia team to attack (earlier on in the presentation) and then showcases what it looks like with videos from matches:
Looking at these videos and highlights from his Sevilla teams and PSG, it seems like there is common purposeful passing theme to all three projects. Very exciting.
Don't bother with his explanations of tactics if you don't speak spanish, but basically the heart of his philosophy is to create very specific drills and situations with the players in training so that they are prepared to deal with the situations they will face in each match. He hopes that through these drills they will act more confidently and like a unit, knowing what to expect from their their opponents, themselves, and their team-mates.
There are also a couple of very good very thorough interviews in there (also in spanish).
Short one:
Longer one:
He says very explicitly that he likes to set up offensive teams, and that this means sacrificing defensive rigidity, but that ultimately it is worth while because supporters want to witness exciting football.
He sets up his teams to press very intensely after losing the ball, and then if they fail to regain it transition into a rigid formation at the back. He is also very obviously a big fan of practising purposeful movement of the ball from one area of the pitch to another to stretch teams out and open spaces.
