Wolves are in talks over a deal to sign Valencia right-back Joao Cancelo, according to Sky in Italy.

The fee under discussion is in the region of £35million (€40m), Sky in Italy are reporting.

Sky Sports News understandsStoke City are in advanced talks with Wolves over a potential £12m deal to sign striker Benik Afobe.

Newly-promoted Premier League side Wolves are prepared to sell Afobe despite just signing him permanently for £10m from Bournemouth a few days ago - if they can make a profit.

Eye watering fee. Cancelo looked promising couple years back but has been complete shit in recent times. Fucking Mendes

Was reading PSG are looking to offload Guedes to Wolves. Want it to happen just to see Jones' meltdown.

Is that really legal?

Doesn't seem to be anything concrete although you never know with fucking Mendes.

PSG apparently are facing "almost certainly" sanctions this Friday. Need to get in there quick

I think the rule is that you cannot be registered for more than 2 sides in the same season. He hasn't been registered for Bournemouth I guess and so should be possible to do the transfer.

Afobe must really be feeling the love.

I know what the rules for registering a player are, but how can it be legal to buy the rights to someone for like two days and then sell them on? It's the definition of horse-trading. You'd think there would be rules in place for this sort of thing... but then again, every aspect of the sport is so shockingly regulated that nothing really surprises you anymore.

Not the first time someone did that anyway. All the Spanish and Portugese clubs with Mendes links always do it.

Afobe is free to choose whether he wants to sign for Stoke City or not. I don't get the hand-wringing over this.

Juventus signing Perrin. Good signing, potentially better than Szczesny.

West Ham sign the free rightback we should have gone for.

Ryan Fredericks.

Yeah, honestly, I'm surprised Juventus didn't go for him. 😆

One more player crossed off my (really) long term wishlist

Man U sign Diogo Dalot from Porto.

Never erd of im

Mourinho says he's the best young fullback in the world. Such words.

Certainly more exciting than ours though. Heck even Leicester's signing is more exciting tbf

If we signed him, this place would be full of people complaining that we signed yet another young player that's barely played top division football into an already inexperienced back line.

Besides, with Mourinho's fantastic record of bringing young players through I fully expect him to be out on loan some where in a few seasons.

Spot fucking on

Why are you annoyed at this when we already have Bellerin? GK, CB and CM is where we need to spend this Summer, not RB.

The Switzerland international has a release clause in his contract – understood to be set at about £12m-£13.5m – that can be activated after the club lost their Premier League status. Shaqiri, a £12m arrival from Internazionale in 2015, has made clear he has no interest in playing in the Championship but would “love to stay in England”.

Liverpool interested in Shaq

Good. I hope they get him. Massively overrated because he scores a few great goals every once in a while. He also fits the profile of being a Liverpool player by being a twat.

Not annoyed, I said practically the same thing as you in Lichsteiner's thread.

He's not as bad w/ young defenders though, he gave Santon, Varane, Zouma, etc. their debuts. I can see why Mou praised Dalot, probably thinks he can become his next Maicon.

Speaking of young players, Real have apparently paid 45m euros for 17 year old Rodyrgo Goes from Santos: http://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2018/06/07/5b1933cb468aeb756c8b45ca.html

They have dropped nearly 90m euros on two Brazilian kids: Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr.

Liverpool to sign Nabil Fekir imminently. 53m pounds.

48m + add ons. Pretty much a bargain these days. He will bring Liverpool onto another level.

Roma signing Kluivert for just 18m. Monchi working magic there

Liverpool are gonna have an incredible team.

Get one of Oblak or Allison and I would tip them to win the league.

15m euros for Perin....I wonder why we didn't look into buying him.

Juve are also looking at buying Joao Cancelo, that'll probably end their interest (if they ever had any) in Bellerin.

Liverpool are transfer kings. They are running things. Kudos to them. They had a lot of hits and misses. But three transfers changed everything - Suarez and Coutinho out, and Salah in.

They have a lot of momentum but unless they translate this into winning any silverware players will want to leave again.

Who will be the reserve keeper? Him or Szczesny?

Much like Dortmund, it seems like Liverpool are following the 'Hipsters Guide to Player Transfers'.

Liverpool have a shotgun approach, throw enough money at a problem and eventually you'll succeed

Lyon have denied any agreement is in place.

Kerrea, if you are able to bring in 200m pounds for two players, you two might have a platform for rebuilding. Even better if you are so lucky as to get a really good player for 35m pounds who turns out to be the best player in the league in a market where supers stars are going for 100m pounds.

Liverpool are good, but they have had some key factors that have put them in a really favorable position. And even then, the pudding has not proven itself

Might take them a season or so to work it out, but Perin will probably start in the end. He's a better player.
