Doesn't really answer the question though. If we're going to be focusing on a model that is relies on making the most of the youth team, developing talent and working on a modest budget, you need a coach willing to work under those constraints to make it work. Mourinho probably ticks most of the boxes you've listed but he'd be a horrible fit at this club.
It works both ways too, given that Allegri is trying to get Juve to commit to spending more this summer, I very much doubt he'd be willing to work under those conditions.
In the ideal world, I'd have gone with Tuchel or Jardim, they seem like they'd have ticked all boxes and have good pedigree in working under those sorts of conditions. Missed out on the former, not sure why we seemingly haven't approached the latter.
