Literally the only thing I care about is the club identifying a manager who can build not just a team but also a club culture surrounding it, who can do it on a budget, and who's driven by a philosophy to play attractive, positive football.
If they've done that and reached the conclusion that Arteta is that guy then let's give him a chance, but if they appoint him, or anyone else, for any other reason then we're going to fuck up so badly that Man United's last five years will look like a success story by comparison.
