Sure, the most gifted player on the planet apart from Messi would be 'a big step down' from a guy who hasn't given a shit for more than a year

Canales is very talented. Wenger needs to decide how he intends to set up our team.
Personally I'd like to see three in midfield with two laying one two playing deeper and one being more attack minded but not as second striker.
i'd want rvp up as close to goal as poss with two dynamic wing forwards who can interchange.
gimme:---
---------------RvP
------Aguero-------Hazard
--------------Cesc
--------Wilshere--Song

How much are all those going to set us back? I know I said it was fine signing Jenkins for a million but Ox-Cham wont be that cheap and I don't know what the deal is with those other kids. Any word on prices?
dunno but hector ballerina must be skillful with a name like that

Toral-Harper, Bellerin and Shaw are all compensation fees only, so we're talking 750K for Toral-Harper (confirmed) and probably a little less for Bellerin because he's a year younger, and I'd have thought comfortably less than a million for Shaw (given the fee for Jenkinson).
Oxlade-Chamberlain is going to cost around £10M, well that was the rumour in January.
Based on this season, Ozil is that good. Messi and Ronaldo have their own bracket but Ozil is certainly in the next group; bloke is a genius.
Think he's in the next level below, personally.
You don't watch la liga.
I've seen plenty of Ozil in the last 12 months. In fact I saw plenty of him at the U21s two years ago.
cracking player ozil. brings others into play so well

Okay.
I watch La Liga regularly. Ozil is brilliant but he isn't even more gifted than the player he's being touted to replace.
Also, let's not forget that the original claim was that only Messi is more gifted than Ozil. Not sure about how 'gifted' is defined but Ozil more gifted than Ronaldo? Err...
I think there's a couple of Barcelona midfielders that might dispute Ozil's claim to be the second most gifted player on the planet, too.
Not to mention Nicky B.
