By then some other club will swoop in too.
Aubameyang
Not a single one of us is confident. That's what this club has done to its fans over the past 50 windows!
I really think giroud moving if a mistake, he a great CF to bring on and has won us serious points. Not keen on him as a starter but he is far bettered then other options out there.
Talk the last few months was Giroud wanted out anyway, no point forcing him to stay if he can help get this deal over the line.
I love Giroud but I'll gladly swap a 31 year old Giroud for a 28 year old Aubameyang. I'm hanging all my future hopes on this transfer.
Auba putting lots of boxes in his ride on leaving training today - he’s ours
Those boxes look like they were deliveries from one of those online shops, possibly from Amazon.

Shame they won't buy giroud at his age a loan is just giving him away for free. Everton were happy to pay £20m in the summer. Seems like more money wasted.
Giroud was a great servant to the club, don't mind if we don't get much for him we got a lot out of him and nobody could've known he'd be injured. There's enough money available just need to pry it out of Kroenke's claws
Sell his 500k sq mile ranch if needed
He still has a year and half left in his contract doesn't he? If anything.. If he goes on loan and scores some goals we will be ble to sell him for more than if he stays here and gets only a few games. I'm all for it
Didnt Giroud decide to stay at Arsenal in the summer because he loves being here? Regardless if he's first choice?
He probably expected to play more though. He's been told by Deschamps that he needs more games if he's gonna make the World Cup squad too, so a loan move in January would be ideal for him. He can always come back next season if he doesn't mind the bench.

I feel pretty confident...
I’m in Captain’s boat
Yep, strongly fancy this to happen.

I still think he'll be in the squad regardless of moving... just IMO
Maybe, but that's what he was told. In any event he's gonna be a far cry from starting, and I think that's a big thing for him. This is probably gonna be his last tournament for France. I bet he wants to play and not just make up the numbers.
Just saw snippet of the Weng's press conference, the only subject on which he was categorical: he wants Welbeck to stay.
For the rest he was suitably evasive and non committal.
Bild apparently saying our 60m bid is rejected and they still want 70m, and we may not stump it up.
He wanted Alexis to stay!
Cor your optimism knows no bounds Y
Oh I don't take any notice of what the Weng says on transfers, I just thought it was funny that after saying nothing noteworthy about Aubameyang he emphatically said "NO" when asked if Welbeck was to be sold.
Almost as if he knows that would wind people up
10m apart on the valuation apparently
Start packing olly
Typical Arsenal haggling over 10 , how many times have we seen that over the years.
I dont know if this has been mentioned already, but it really excites me that we do business little bit more openly now. Seems as if there really has been a power shift in the club and Weng has been relegated to stay home and focus on the team, while Ivan, Sven and Huss sort out the stuff. These pictures of them being in certain towns should definitely be part of future transfers too. I like it.
You need to adopt full-blown Marcus Aurelius style negative visualization to get through transfer windows with this club, haha...
I'll be mad if we lose out on Aubameyang over half a Walcott.
AKA 5 michus
I don't think we have what it takes to close this deal.
Bild have said we've upgraded our offer.
60 million and 1?

Wow!
Aubameyang's the one we should have gotten in the summer.
We didn't have Sven in the summer.

No chance. We have a chance of getting him now only because Dortmund didn't allow him to move in the summer. No way we would have beaten Y***ted and Chelsea to his signature. Might have gotten Morata though.

If they weren't interested in selling then why were they dealing with Guangzhou Evergrande? They just wanted too much money for him. That's why they were eager to ship him off to China, only for Aumabeyang to kill the deal.
Very confident we seal the deal here
Yeah it's definitely happening, Wenger said that we're in for him so it's as good as done imo.

Which would've made zero difference to things as he's on the same level as Lacazette.
beIN info: #AFC latest offer for Auba is £52m, talks ongoing and it’s a matte of ‘when’ not ‘if’
