So basically AMN's looks better because he hasn't faced many. He's stopped 7 out of 10 dribbles faced whilst Bellerin stopped 6 out of 24 dribbles faced. Not a good look for Bellerin but still, the sample size for AMN is ridiculously low.
Also Bellerin doesn't get much help from his wingers until recently with Saka on the right resulting in him being double teamed quite often. When there is a fullback with defensive support from the winger the opposition player is less likely to even attempt a dribble and is more likely to pass back or infield instead.
