Wenger wastes top talents because he doesn't build a team around them to win things, but the freedom he gives top level attacking players absolutely gives them a platform to thrive and maximise their talent.

true goon. i don't think we've held sanchez back, at least on an individual level. we've given him a platform to thrive, in the sense that he pretty much does whatever he wants on the pitch. if we had a disciplined manager and a winning formula, if anything his game might've been reigned in. kind of like tevez, who didn't completely thrive being a cog player at united, but shone more at other clubs he was allowed to be a focal point

Also, we won't get Aubameyang. I feel like everytime a story like this pops we forget that we're Arsenal and forget the long line of Suarez's, Higuain's, Mbappe's etc. from summers past. They are always close to signing but never actually sign.

I’m just saying, if we had a better team around him, and had come closer to winning the title, he would have been player of the year. Even when Ozil was on the verge of breaking Thierry’s record, nobody took him seriously - he was soft touch from Arsenal. That is what I mean. There is a stench around what Wenger is doing, which is why he needs to go. We need a cleansing

We really need to get all three rumoured targets. Malcom, Auba and Mhiki in, Sanchez and Walcott out. I can just about barely live with that. You just know if we wait until summer the Malcom deal is dead.

I really don't get this Mkhitaryan transfer. I was all for us trying to get him in last summer when he was leaving Dortmund, but given his performances in England, he will be a white elephant if he doesn't perform here - virtually unsaleable. We would have certainly been better off getting 30M in cash, which Y***ted would have probably agreed to, and put a little more money on the table to get Malcom in right away. Strange business this.

Its pretty standard for attacking midfielders to struggle under Jose. To many to list.
