I think that's a little unfair. Chelsea fans were chanting 'fuck Sarri ball' within months of his appointment. By comparison Emery hasn't really had much to deal with at all except with one clown with a banner against SU. In the Wenger years things were bad for a really long time on the pitch before the crap with the planes and the banners presented themselves, and both of those aspects just take a few bad apples.
In a stadium of 60,000 people you're always going to get dicks, that applies to every single club. I've heard from a couple of people at the stadium now and while Xhaka got ironic cheers initially, it was pretty muted and came from about 10% of the fans at most, the main anger directed towards him came after his reaction.
