I wouldn't be surprised to see City do it, especially if Salah is out. Liverpool were lucky that City were under par and missing Aguero on the night as an away goal completely changes the outlook of the tie. Liverpool tired in the second half and couldn't match the intensity of the first. They got away with it in the home leg but won't away.

An early goal for City and I think Liverpool will shake. Then it'll be down to how well they can hold it together and how much City want to put to bed the disappointing week they've had.

City isn’t a great defensive team. Liverpool just needs one, and then City have to score 5. Think Liverpool will go through, and quite comfortably too.

City have conceded around half as many goals this season as Liverpool. They're much, much better in both ends of the field. Possession is a form of defence too.

I think this is gonna end like Barca-PSG last year. It's perfectly normal for these teams to score 4-5 goals in a game. The question is whether they can pick themselves up in time. This is the first time they've looked rattled this season.

My prediction is Liverpool will score and that will be that.

They were lucky in a few key decisions too.

First goal will be crucial. Who gets it and when.

Liverpool to go through and then to get smashed in the semis. I don't care, I just want neither of these cunts to win it.

I do think Klopp is too much for Guardiola.

City with one of the most offensive lineups I've seen. Three CBs, no wingbacks and one of the CBs is Kyle Walker. Salah starts for Liverpool.

Yup. Kun not ready to start. Let's see if Sterling is ready to make up for those million misses. Exciting times. I am sure that Pool are relishing picking them off

City 1-0 after 1 min

Roma 1-0 against Barca after 4 minutes. Great start to both games.

The collapse is on.

City need to make sure they keep the ball now and tire Liverpool out, then they can really go for it.

Interesting how you call it collapse rather than come back.

Not really, I don’t like either of these sides so only natural focus on the potentially hilarious negative aspect.

Sane has looked dreadful in the last few games.

Liverpool’s midfield is non existant
