On oxlade - he's in the right place.
For the right players, Klopps tactics are simple/clear and remove difficult decsions from the players. Ox doesn't need to rely on the weak parts of his game (ie his brains and decision making). He looks better on a tight rein with proper instructions

I don't worry about the effect it has on our P&L. I'm thinking if I was in charge of our transfer budget I would sure as shit do better than bringing in Oxlade fucking Chamberlain for a sizable portion of whatever I had at my disposal

Klopp is special though. He's doing this with several tremendously average players. What will Liverpool be like once they attract bigger names?

True but don't think we can laugh at Ox if we're happy to spend 52m on Lacazette or 35m on Xhaxa.
