Looking at AW's targets thus far I wonder if his French Connection is part of the reason behind his extension over a rebuild,
with Mbappe as being the jewel to that crown based upon the thought he would have inside running with the talks last summer?Â
Not sure that he'd have imagined that the price would rise as high without a decision made, and I wonder if he's looking to push it to a level where RM gets a nose bleed & he then offers to take James / Morata / Bale?Â
Or perhaps he'd make an offer to ManU re Martial if ManU were after Bale?
Still think there is more chance of Mbappe staying at Monaco until after the WC & then joining his childhood favourite club RM.
